Blotter Media is frame by frame animation in which you paint different styles and shapes onto the surface of a video and add a glow effect to it. This 4 second video took me around 10 hours of editing as I had to draw over 240 different frames and different designs. I learned that Blotter Media is no joke and can take digital designers SO LONG if the clip is long. However, I learned how to add the glow effect to lines on after effects.
